In Mahisagar, Dahod and Panchmahals districts of the Gujarat State, it is very difficult to get trained and experienced Nurses, Electrician as well as other proper trained and skilled people and it is all the more difficult to retain their services for a longer time with the meagre salary. The said areas are industrially and economically backward, it has very little employment avenues for the youth. Hence, the said Training Centres will very much help the unemployed youth to get employment/self employment in the said districts or nearer cities/places.
The Trust is working on the project of Training School for the Student. The role of education is to develop the different dimensions of human personality such as intellectual, physical, emotional, ethical, aesthetic etc with proper nourishment and balancing. Education is a one size fit policy to eradicate all the ills in the Indian society. lt is clearly visible that as an individual our children attained the excellence but as far as equity and relevance for society as a whole is concerned we have yet not framed our system to make education affordable and comparable. To get education is the fundamental right of every child and as a human being; it is our duty and responsibility to impart education to all through different schemes. The Trust is working with the aim of providing technical and vocational education and welfare of the people. To develop the future of the youth, we have to provide them proper technical trainings and skill development inputs.
lt is at this juncture that private institutions are championing the cause of providing education to the children. Though it’s a welcome relief for the government infrastructure, the exorbitant fees charged by these private institutions are limiting the access to this institution only to upper fiscal realm. Ekta Charitable Trust has firmly believed that the education of our younger 2 generation is of prime importance to check the onslaught of social evils. Ekta Charitable Trust committed to provide good education to the all category people[SC, ST, OBC and General] of people and make their personality development and make them efficient.
Ekta Charitable Trust came with to set up Nursing School to strengthen the quality of healthcare of the country taking into account each and every section of the student community and other said fields. As well as training centre for other vocational trainings like Electrician, Beauty Parlor, Tailoring, Fitter as well as GPSC coaching classes in Balasinor block of the Mahisagar District of the Gujarat State.

The Trust’s training facility includes four well-equipped classrooms, a library with 500+ books and journals, a medical lab, and computer labs. The school is staffed by qualified faculty, lab attendants, administrative staff, and visiting experts from various fields.
